Official Rules

  • Players may only shoot on their own league card. If a player is found to have shot on another player's card or have had someone else shoot on their card, they will both be eliminated from the tour and tournament and will forfeit their entry fee and eligibility for any prizes.
  • Each tour event will last one week, beginning on Monday at 5:00 A.M. and ending the following Sunday at 11:59 P.M.
  • To qualify for each tour event:
    • players must complete three 18 hole games on that event's course during the time period given
    • play those games in STATS play
    • play use their league issued card
    • There is no maximum number of games that can be played, your best 3 scores are taken. Failure to qualify for a tour event does not eliminate a player from the tour or from tournament eligibility; it simply means they earn no tour points that week.
    • Special equipment purchase are allowed.
    • Tour players average score with handicap will be used to determine the results for each tour event, with Total Great Shot Points and Total Golden Tee Points used in that order as a tiebreaker.
    • Points for each tour event will be issued as follows:
      • 1st Place - 30 Points
      • 2nd Place - 25 Points
      • 3rd Place - 22 Points
      • 4th Place - 20 Points
      • 5th Place - 18 Points
      • 6th Place - 16 Points
      • 7th Place - 14 Points
      • 8th Place - 12 Points
      • 9th Place - 10 Points
      • 10th Place - 8 Points
      • Qualified Participation - 5
    • Leader boards do not represent the official final results for the tour events. Final results will be posted at: www.rosemarycoinleagues.com/golf
    • At the completion of the tour, 50% of the entry money will be paid to the top three players in tour points as follows: 1st place receives 30%, 2nd place receives 15%, 3rd place receives 5%.
    • The remaining 50% of the entry money will be rolled into the prize pool for a Tour Championship for the top 25 players in tour points, to be held in person on Saturday, February 11th at a location to be determined.
    • TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT

      1. The top 25 players in tour points will be invited to a live, in person tournament.
      2. There will be a $10 entry fee for the tournament for all but the top three players.
      3. The players who finished 1st in tour points will receive a bye for the first round.
      4. Players who finished from 2nd-25th will be broken into groups of four by random draw and given a start time and course in advance to play a head to head match.
      5. Start times will be staggered to reduce waiting time. Players that are not present five minutes after their scheduled start time will be excluded.
      6. The player with the best score with handicap in each group will advance to the next round. Tiebreakers will great shot points and then golden tee points.
      7. The player with the best score with handicap among those that finish second in their group will also advance to the next round. See above for tiebreakers.
      8. The second round will be played by two groups of four on two machines simultaneously on the same course (but different from the course in the first round)
      9. The four players with the best scores with handicaps in the second round will advance to the final game, to be played on a different course than used in the first two rounds. The same tiebreakers apply.
      10. 1st place payout is 60% of the tournament pool, 2nd place payout is 25%, 3rd place is 10% and 4th place is 5%
